1.Regarding the quotation
The online product quotations are for reference only. Please provide us with the types,specifications,quantities and other parameters of the products you need, andthen we can contact you to discuss and provide you with an accurate quotation.
2.Lead time
Delivery time:About 15 days when the PO confirmed for regular profiles. About 20 daysfor anodized profiles or powder coating. It will take about 25-30 days for processing parts.When opening new mold,an extra 7-15 days will be needed.
3.Packaging
Packing: Stick with protective film and wrapped with pearl foam/kraftpaper outside oras customer's requests.Additional charge for wooden boxes packing.
4.Payment method
Payment: TT,100% molding fee and 30% deposit for PO confirmation,70% balance paid before the shipment.
5.Regarding logistics
We offer FCL,LCL,air freight,and door-to-door delivery options.

6.After-sales Service
When receiving or picking up the goods, please first check the list and the items.
